…a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor
To join our winter team to work in all areas of our Chalet, in particular…
You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high standards of service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all our guests. You’ll supervise a dedicated team, coordinate with the kitchen, and help maintain the chalet’s reputation for excellence in both food and hospitality.
- Supervise and lead the restaurant team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Oversee guest service, ensuring each customer has a memorable dining experience.
- Supervise staff scheduling, training, and performance.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain high standards.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Foster a positive, motivated, and high-performing work environment.

…a talented and motivated Experienced Chef
To join our already dynamic kitchen team..
A passionate culinary professional with experience working in high-pressure environments
- Proven experience as a chef in a fast-paced a la carte restaurant, particularly working on the pans and grill section
- Work efficiently and effectively in a high-pressure environment, with the ability to handle a high volume of orders during peak times.
- A keen eye for detail and passion for delivering high-quality food with excellent presentation.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize tasks in a busy kitchen.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards.
- Strong teamwork, communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Work closely with fellow chefs, kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure seamless kitchen operations and the smooth flow of service

As a Reception Host, you will be the face of the chalet, responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and providing exceptional service from check-in to check-out.
- Greet and check in guests in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
- Provide guests with information about the chalet, amenities, and local attractions.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and with a positive attitude.
- Ensure that the reception area is tidy, welcoming, and stocked with relevant information.
- Collaborate with other chalet staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Process guest payments and handle cash/credit transactions securely..
- Maintain accurate guest records and perform administrative duties as needed.
Your experience with hospitality (if any – restaurant; bar; barista; housekeeping!) would be an advantage for you and the Chalet winter operation and reception / administration skills would be warmly welcomed!

…a versatile and enthusiastic Chalet All-Rounder
To join our winter team to work in all areas of our Chalet, in particular…
Someone who enjoys variety in their work and is passionate about providing excellent service. You will be responsible for multiple roles, including bar service, restaurant and housekeeping.
- Bar: You will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring that each guest’s order is served promptly and with attention to detail. You’ll maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organised bar area.
- Restaurant: As a section waiter you will be responsible for providing exceptional service in a designated area of our À la carte restaurant, ensuring that guests have an outstanding dining experience from start to finish.
- Housekeeping: Maintaining high cleanliness standards across all areas of the chalet, including guest rooms and common areas. You’ll ensure that rooms are well-stocked, cleaned to perfection, and set up to a high standard for guest arrivals.
